Florida Pig Roast, formally The Picnic People, was created in 1993 by William "Billy Bob" Watkins.
His vision was to bring quality barbeque, whole roasted pigs, and a restaurant experience right to your backyard.
Since then we have catered thousands of events, with the same vision in mind, from weddings to boat shows and everything in between.
